Q. How do I find out my size for a bicycle?
A. Easy, to get an idea of what size(s) to consider, just measure your inseam.  Take that number and subtract 15 for a smaller size and 13 for a bigger sized bike.  The two inch difference will give you room to decide which size frame is best for your particular style of riding.

Q. What kind of "protection" does my son need for baseball?
A. We have a simple philosophy for deciding what type of protection is needed for boys baseball.  If the ball that the league is using is soft, then use a soft cup.  If the ball that the league is using is hard, then use a hard cup.

Q. What size ball do kids use for Soccer?
A. It depends on the age of the child.  U-5, U-6, and U-8 use size 3 balls.  U-10 and U-12 use size 4.  High Schools and older use size 5 balls.
