"I have known Dr. Colgin or as i like to call him Chris, ever since a was a little whiper snaper. His younger brother and i were best friends growing up. i have distinct memories of us trying to beat up on him to no avail, considering he had 60lb's and give or take 5 years on us.
Up until about a week ago i've had the distinct impression that i would be young forever and that i was in the best shape of my life. That was until i almost fell to the floor from lower back pain. That night as i was tossing and turning in bed i thought to myself i gotta call Chris and make and apt. I've been wanting to go to a chiropractor for a while just to see what it was all about, so now i finally had my excuse.
I called the very next morning and spoke with his Assistant Jill, who is very sweet by the way, and very good with everyone that comes in. I can already tell she is the backbone of that office (pun intended). And probably the brain too. hahaha
To make a long story short i've had three sessions with Dr. Chris and i am feeling so much better. The pain has not gone completely away but a lot of that is due to mine and i'm sure a lot of other people's  misconception. I was under the impression that i could go in, he would do his thing and i would be cured. Unfortunately, as Chris explained, it doesn't really work that way. Every session builds on the last until eventually over time and with proper maintenance i will be symptom free. I hope he's right...
Overall the experience has been a great one. i have been able to tap into a healthier way of life, one that does not involve drugs and support a friend in the process. i am happy to be able to give something back by writing this review.
