There's something about personal service at a restuarant that just wins over regardless of the quality of the food.  At Fusion, I found the food to be just as spectacular  as the service.  The shawerma plate is light, yet filling. The lamb kabab sandwich served with a mixed green salad was absolutely delicious, and so was the chicken kabab plate.

The great thing about this place is that you feel fullafter eating here, but not overwhelmed with the volume or heaviness you might find at other Mediterranean spots.

And the topper: the coffee.  I hate coffee, but when the owner kept insisting that I had to try it, I obliged.  What I got was the most perfect, frothy, light cup of coffee.
