About Jeffrey Beard, CPT
I have been involved in the health care profession for over 30 years. I am currently a fitness instructor in the town of Danville. I also teach Senior strength training at numerous Retirement Centers. I have also taught strength training classes for kids through the city of San Ramon.
Group exercise classes & in home training programs available ( I come to you!) Classes offered: Functional strenght training (all ages!), Exercise, Stretch, & Bend (for senior citizens), Balance Training & Fall Prevention to improve mobility, balance, and strength training, AB-solute Training, Exercise Specificity + Sport Specific Training.
My goal with all ages has always been to improve their quality of life. I look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
