The Texas Property People
The Texas Property People is a real estate investment firm that provides housing for low to mid income families (including section 8) in Houston and the surrounding areas. With many of our residences located in the Sunny Side area near Reliant Stadium and downtown, our clients never find themselves too far from town.
We buy houses that are in livable order but in most cases are in need of repair. Upon renovating our homes, they are placed on the market from anywhere between 900-1100 dollars/month. Out of your price range? Just give us a call at (281) 250-0042, we offer down payment financing and accept government subsidies. If you would like something in your area we will do our best to find a suitable property in that area as well. Applications are issued upon request and may be faxed or emailed. You may set up an appointment as well at any time most convenient for you.
The homes that we offer are all reasonably spacious and comfortable. They are all adorned with refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers. In some many cases you may find yourself with a microwave oven as well. We take pride in the cleanliness and quality we bring to our clients because your satisfaction constitutes our success.
