Tracy Pisenti is a Partner and Realtor® at Empire Realty Associates. She lives in Danville with her husband Mike and their three boys, Jake (14), Justin (12) and Grant (10). Tracy grew up in Piedmont and went to UC Santa Barbara where she received her BA in Business Economics and Accounting. She then attneded the University of San Diego and earned her MBA in International Business and Marketing. After graduation, Tracy worked for 9 years in the insurance industry, designing and implementing sales and service training and incentive programs. She took a few years off when her boys were young and returned to work in the real estate business six years ago.

Tracy prides herself in taking an active role in the community. In 2005, she was the chairperson for Bid for Kids, raising more than $100,000 for educational programs at John Baldwin Elementary School.
