SMCDS has been serving patients and dentists in San Mateo County since 1929. Our web site provides dental education materials, a dentist search tool, and information for prospective members.
SMCDS supports members in achieving and maintaining high standards of professionalism and leadership within dentistry and our community through locally-based continuing education programs, monthly general membership meetings, involvement in state and national legislative venues.
For the community in which we live and practice, SMCDS provides general dentist and specialist referrals, complaint mediation through Peer Review, information on dental care assistance programs, and financial assistance to local educational institutions to support the development and operation of dental auxiliary training and certification programs. |
